Fife Strathspey and Reel Society bring festive cheer to the Christmas Lights Switch-On! 🎶
The talented musicians will add a lively Scottish flavour to the celebrations, filling the air with traditional strathspeys, reels and plenty of Christmas spirit. A wonderful way to kick off the festive season!
Free entry but also a fundraising event for our trip to Inglestadt in 2027 so any spare coins are very welcome🎅

A true highlight of the year for the Fife Strathspey and Reel Society, the annual Fiddlers Rally is a celebration of traditional Scottish music, bringing musicians and audiences together as part of the Lang Toun Fest.
With lively tunes, talented fiddlers and a fantastic atmosphere, it’s a much-loved event that captures the spirit of Scottish music and community. 🎶🏴
Annual Rally 2026
The Fife Strathspey and Reel Society’s highlight of year is the annual Fiddlers Rally. This year our Rally theme will be celebrating the best traditional music from around the world. Joining us on our journey are great local guest artists Andy Chung and Soprano Orla Jones. Adding great energy and colour to the evening are the vibrant dancers from the Sarah Hendry School of Dancere. Please join us on our global journey and enjoy the music from afar. New Gilston Ladies Rural have asked some members of the Society to play for them at their social evening.

The Fife Strathspey and Reel Society annual Ceilidh takes place in the Montrave Hall, 58 Leven Road, Lundin Links, KY8 6AJ. Come and join us and swing your kilt to a wee Gay Gordons, some lively Reels and Jigs, and gentle recovery Airs. Enjoy the biggest selection of Stovies you will ever see in Fife. All for just £12 per ticket per adult, and £6 per ticket per child.
